Pours a slightly hazy very light yellow, with a white head. Funky on the nose, with floral citrus and spice. Much milder on the tongue, some early citrus acidity, with a fresh hoppiness coming in second and some orangey yeast funk towards the end. Finishes spiced, strong nutmeg and clementine. Very summery.

Pours bright semi-cloudy gold into a tulip glass. High white wispy, foamy head has sparse bubbles. Carbonation is very visible.
Aroma is very tart and fruity with big aromas of oranges, peaches, herbs and yeast.
Flavour is very mild and muted for a saison which is a bit of a surprise for this type of beer. Going off the aroma you'd expect something really quite tangy and sour but this is very much on the side of the yeast and the grain rather than the fruit. It manages to showcase the fruit flavours without the tartness alongside coriander earthiness and the basal grain.
Feel is light, slightly oily with a dry finish.
Overall I'm enjoying this far more than other farmhouse ales; far more balanced and refreshing.

Keg at Barley Mow, Bristol - Pours golden with medium white foamy head. Medium carbonation. Nice lacing. Aroma - ripe fruits, bready/yeasty notes. Taste - fruity overtones, yeasty backdrop, crisp light bitter finish, lovely light refreshing saison.
