Slightly hazy and greenish yellow body, and a thin white head that leaves very good lacing. On the nose, overwhelming yeasty funk. On the tongue, banana, biscuit and greengage. Sour and bitter on the finish. Or, as my girlfriend put it, "Tastes like bin juice." But in a good way...

330 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 7%. Brewed with grains of paradise. Hazy deep golden to orange colour, moderate white (or slightly off-white) head. Distinctly yeasty aroma, some fruity and spicy notes, could be better. Moderately sweet and quite spicy / peppery flavour, also distinct bittering hops.

Tap @ Moor Brewery, Bristol - Pours cloudy golden with a medium white foamy head. Medium carbonation. Nice lacing. Aroma - bready/yeasty, ripe orchard fruits - apple/bear, hints of banana. Taste - Sweet fruity front - apple/pear, bready middle, semi dry finish. Solid saison which would be a great refreshing summer beer.
Update May 2017 330 ml bottle, Southville Deli, Bristol - Everything above. This in my mind is a proper saison, reminding me of farmyard houses and apple orchards. Track this down if you can.
