Having this beer on-tap at the brewery. This beer draws a clear, light to medium golden color with a white head that’s about an inch thick when first drawn and served. It settles to a thick ring lining the inside of the glass along with some decent lacing. Aromas of bready malts along with slight hints of caramel sweetness and a green chili spice kick. A very similar flavor profile here, and that’s just fine. The flavor of some bready malts are followed by some nice, green chili spice notes that have just the right amount of kick from the heat of the chilis. Enough to be certainly noticeably there, but not enough to overwhelm to palate, blow out the tongue, or dominate the flavor profile too much. Just a bit. Has just a touch of some earthy and floral hops. Has a mostly crisp, light to medium bodied mouthfeel with moderate carbonation. Easy to drink and quite refreshing on this extremely hot and quite humid summer day. Has a clean finish with a nice spicy aftertaste from those green chilis. Really like this one!
