A very solid, no nonsense lager from a brewery primarily known for their hop bomb IPAs.
Easy to drink and easy to enjoy. Faint hop bitterness on the end, though not as much as a classic city lager. Pours golden with a decent head. It’s about everything you’d want from a craft American lager. Can’t find anything wrong with it.

Appearance: Pours a fairly clear, light gold-hued body with an airy, white head.
Smell: It has that nominal 2-row base nose with a little hint of cereal grains.
Taste: Washed out flavor with an as-bare-bones-as-it-gets maltiness like swirling a cracker in water. Fairly dry. Slight grainy hint. Not really delivering much hop flavor or bitterness. Finishes cold and wet.
Mouthfeel: Medium-light body, a bit watery. Medium carbonation.
Overall: Well, I guess everyone has to have their own no-frills lager these days.
