16oz can. No dating information found, and the can details say to "DRINK FRESH! KEEP COLD! DO NOT AGE!".
Partly cloudy, straw colored body. Brief lasting white head which turns into an interrupted cap and ring. Leaves behind a few small spots of lacing.
Aroma is mainly mango, with hints of lemon and white bread.
Taste is mango, with a very good balance between tart and sweet. Once the mango subsides a little, the habanero flavor brings a noticeable but low level of heat. The habanero sting builds a little from sip to sip. Sweet mango fades in the aftertaste and the spice sting remains.
Medium mouth feel, with a syrup texture. No hops or bitterness. Okay carbonation. Made my nose run a bit.
The flavors really pop and are unexpected based on the aroma. Refreshing with an enjoyable level of sting.

Up to this point this is the best Florida Weiss I've ever had. I have particularly enjoyed the batches (specifically at the Cajun Cafe fest in 2017) where the habanero heat is dialed up a bit. On draft at the brewery have been a bit dialed back but still a great Florida Weiss nonetheless.

As with most of these Arkane Berliners, it looks like a Gose, with a milky, pale straw-colored body and a creamy film that leaves some white waves on the glass.

Mango really pops big time on the nose, like chewy candy, with a little fruit punch. It smells like it might be really sweet.

First taste confirms it is notably sweet, with mango playing the primary role. It's actually not very tart, and more like a juice, with a slight tickle of heat--a delicate, unassuming presence you wouldn't expect from habanero. A hint of melon sneaks in, as well as a touch of toast.

Soft, light body finishing semi-wet.
