The body of this wild brew is solid red, and is topped with a fuzzy white-pink cream that persists as a thin film.
The smell is popping with fresh raspberries, and less so with hints of lime and wet graham. All aspects bloom as it warms.
Taste is tart, just shy of sharp, where the lime and raspberry come across both as intense puree and light-hearted gummies. Unicorn Blood actually does finish with a graham cracker crust flavor, nicely tying together the whole raspberry key lime pie vision.
A nice, soft creamy froth glides through a medium body as it finishes semi-dry, tangy and tart.
