Pale hazy gold with a soft creamy blanket leaving thin reaching arms of soft lace.
Smell of honeydew melon introduces the nose with some earth, cucumber and carrot.
In flavor, a touch of funk is introduced with some cheese. What follows is lemon, as well as melon that is not quite as sweet as a watermelon might normally be, which isn't a bad thing here, as it's refreshing and tart.
Fluffy and semi-dry.
