Pretty much looks like an Oud Bruin, minus the head--burnt muddy brown with a moderate bubbly collar.
Smell is boozy raisin, caramel, wheat, cider, a little nougat and apple.
Souramel is surprisingly tart compared to the smell, again much like an Oud Bruin or Flanders, with toffee, green apple, and lemon to go with a traditionally unexpected element of caramel running in the background.
Pretty dry finish, while light and fizzy to start.
