Appearance is hazy salmon with a fuzzy white-pink blanket forming a thicker collar.
This smells like a buttered cinnamon bagel with cream cheese...huh?
Taste is lightly tart, drinkably cola-like, with flavors of plum, red berries, and cinnamon applesauce, as the body is soft with a thick fizz and a semi-wet pillowy swallow.
So far I haven't been the biggest fan of adding cinnamon to these Florida-Weisse beers, but this one wasn't bad.
