Clear pinkish-red, like a gummy bear, with a white fuzz settling to a thin ring.
While it doesn't look anything like it, this smells like a frosted buttery Cinnabon, even freshly baked and toasty, with a hint of cherry.
And another curveball, while not apparent in aroma, the chipotle smoke and heat is clearly present on the palate, with a nice earthy toast and some tart cherry. I get less of that Cinnabon in taste, but it seems the chipotle is what adds the toasty baked aroma to the cinnamon on the nose.
A big froth fills a medium body with a semi-dry finish, where the chipotle lends some heat to the lungs.
This one's really out there, but really enjoyable as well. While the first whiff gave me stout, the first sip gave me fruity Florida sour.
