This beer has a pale green gummy bear look, and actually does have a soft vanilla marshmallow note, which is surprising for a sour, while the graham is not as distinct. Lightly tart fruit that's close to green apple provides a contrast, while there's a bit of earth and toast in the mix. Sweetness increases as it becomes more like actual candy as it warms.
