Lightly hazy, bubbly yellow with a thick, fuzzy uneven head that settles to a lumpy film.
This is one of the most unique and delicious pastry sours I've had, and most of the best have been made by this very brewery. Maple, salted caramel and even brown sugared pecan collide with tart, juicy and herbal pineapple via a firm fizz in the medium-light, tingly body that finishes sticky semi-dry.
Sweet but insanely addictive.
