Hazy burnt yellow with a fuzzy, bubbly collar.
This actually does translate well into cobbler as spiced peach and apricot pair perfectly with notes of roasted, sweet gooey streusel, toasted granola topping and brown sugared crust.
At the same time, it's lightly tart and slightly herbal with a medium-light body, light froth and semi-dry finish.
I can't get enough of this stuff, they keep surprising me.
