Uncooked tart apple pie! Tamiami Vice simulates softened, mild apple and pear stirred into cinnamon brown sugar and the gooey part of the pie crust. The soft, medium body has a crisply soft fizz and finishes semi-dry. The tamarind weirdness comes out like gummies in the aftertaste.
