Dark burnt brown with a creamy tan ring.
This is a roasty, seedy sour, with that classic smoky cherry character you normally get from more mature oak aged takes on a dark sour. Vanilla and chocolate accents the tartness, which consists of tart bushberries, while lightly charred coffee runs along the background.
