Opaque dark yellow with a tall, densely compacted off-white foam head that slowly settles to a persistent, fuzzy blanket.
The rhubarb here is more expressive than apricot, but that's actually saying something as I often find that it doesn't come thru well in beer. It's actually got that juicy yet tart, crisp herbal flavor to it that's unique to Rhubarb. Notes of vanilla drizzled cobbler come across a little like Toaster Strudel as a backing component. The apricot blooms as you sit with it a little, especially on the nose, with a lightly herbal and airy character.
The medium body is softly yet tingly effervescent, coming to a barely semi-dry to semi-wet finish.
