Poured a black body with minimal head and no lace. The aroma is the expected chocolate malt aroma with little else. Smooth, medium body, basically a one-note chocolate beer which was a-ok with me. Chocolate taste, slight roasted edge, and clean/sweet finish. Some might it find it simplistic or pedestrian but this hit the right spot with me.
