The classic Granny dessert for any occasion! It's coconut, it's orange, it's pineapple and it's marshmallow! And it's all bound together in a mystery paste! We left out the mystery paste...you're welcome :)

From a 16oz can, undated. Served in a tulip glass.
Pours an amazingly beer-like hazy orange-gold with a scant two fingers of loose, fizzy head. No retention or lacing to speak of, just a fizzy cap and narrow collar.
Nose is dreamy and dessert-like. Strong pastry-like aromas of coconut and orange cream… fiori de sicilia.
Taste is mildly tart and fruity-sweet. Ambrosia salad nails it: orange, pineapple, coconut and marshmallow. Finishes with a tart lime pucker.
Feel is smooth, juicy and medium bodied. A little creamy slickness but with ample fine carbonation keeping it clean and lively. Note: the coconut flavour is prominent - not a suitable beverage for the coconut averse.
Overall, delicious! Implausibly manages to nail all the flavours of ambrosia salad while still retaining a plausible semblance of being a legitimate golden ale.
