22 oz. bottle poured into a snifter.
Appearance - Burnt orange. Mostly clear. Small white head and a thin collar.
Smell - Stone fruits that are probably peaches. White wine and oak. Musty acidity.
Taste - Peaches are more distinct. Caramel and wine again. Astringent sourness builds. Oaky.
Mouthfeel - Astringency detracts. Medium sourness, but it's a little unpleasant.
Overall - It's complex, but the sourness isn't very pleasant.

Very crisp saison. Limited brewery staff only bottle I got on my trip to the brewery last month. Lots of wine barrel notes and the peaches still held up from this 2013 brew. Thanks for hooking me up, JO's. Great beer!
