Clear gold displaying a thin white blanket that settles to nothing.
Nose is barnyard funk and phenolic yeast.
Taste is apple cider and orange with a little spice and tang. Okay I cave, my palate is wrecked.

Pours clear yellow in color. Moderately fizzy without much head retention. Aroma is faint, but on the herbal/grassy side. The flavor is not nearly as grassy as a lot of other fresh saisons. I didn''t pick up a lot of flavor from the honey, but it seems the addition of honey may have softened the other flavors in this one.
