Elle pours pale orange-to-gold and is almost clear. There is no visible carbonation, however, a thin, off-white head quickly forms a crown and leaves Belgian lace on an Offero glass.
The aroma opens with fruity funkiness and oak tannins. Lemon and coriander produce a good balance to the initial fruit and oak.
The flavor is mildly tart and quickly turns sweet then dry. It has a light bitterness. Other flavors are white wine, similar to Riesling, lemon, grapes, and apples. The finish is long and sweet, starting strong, then turning tart then sour then bitter.
It has a very light body and a slick texture of fine silk. The effervescence is light and prickly, filling the mouth with each sip. The alcohol is far more apparent than 5.1% suggests.
I found this one to be very relaxing, with a sophisticated edge. It pairs well with Brie and might also work with a fish fry.

Shared US pint bottle. Very pale yellow colour, small white head. Distinctly lemony aroma. Medium sour flavour with lemony and slightly spicy notes. Refreshing.

2018 vintage 500 ml bottle. Sampled on April 24, 2019.
The appearance is mostly a clear looking yellow-olive tone with a quickly erupting then fading white fizzy head.
A whole lot of aroma characters include toasted bread crust, biscuit, lemon grass, wild yeast, feint berry, and a citrus zest.
The mouthfeel is light and effervescent but smooth and chewy.
The taste is tart but not as pucker-up as some in this style. A toasted breadiness leading to a dry finale. It fits the style well.

Beautiful lemon-yellow brew, barely translucent through the haze. Head production and retention are solid.
Rustic, funky nose: honey, lemon, Brett, oak, and vanilla.
Flavor follows: it's a Brett-forward, funky farmhouse ale. Light notes of lemon, honey, and very light vinegar, contrasted against rather funky, rustic Brett notes of leather, earth, and must.
Very lively and exceptionally drinkable.

Poured from a 500 ml bottle dated 2018 into the test glass.
A - Clear day afternoon sunlight colored, Nothing hides in this clear backdrop, gently carbonated, determined parade of spheres is almost hypnotizing. With a splash added you can coax out a quick to dissipate white froth.
S - Green grape skin, lemongrass, some light oak notes, lactic, some summer grains. very delicate in each aspect.
T - Lemon drops, citrus, musty rime, chardonnay on oak, lime, sweet light grains.
M - Delicate on the palate, very dry start, semi sweet, then quickly tart, with a bit of ash in the finish. wonderful feel. tis cries for rich cheese, and duck.
O - A very nice offering from Brad and Art's team. fouder touch is gently applied, grain bill is so delicate, hops are present but back seated to the mixed cultures. outstanding balance, well done.

Pours a bright, effervescent gold with a pinky of fast-falling beige colored head. Minimal head retention & lacing
S: Ripe pears, white grapes
T: Dryness, mostly oak, a little golden raisin up front, just al little white pepper & lemon as well. More oaky dryness, a little white grape, but no real sweetness to balance out the slight acidity that shows as this warms, maybe a little green apple
MF: Medium body, delicate, crisp carbonation
Fairly refreshing but was lacking enough flavor to really suck me in. If your are into dry white wines or ciders, this might be your jam, not really mine
