I picked one up because it was on sale, turns out it's retired now. It pours a hazy yellow with a small head. You might notice tiny bubbles rising to the surface as it sits in your glass. Smells like white wine and sour apple with a funky yeast kick. Taste almost entirely follows the nose. It tastes like a run-of-the-mill pinot grigio with some yeast character but a touch more sour. I enjoyed it, but with the knowledge that I could enjoy a $6 bottle of wine and have nearly the same experience. However, the feel is very nice: light, refreshing, and slightly dry.

Absolutely fantastic grisette. This is one of Jackie O's finer wild beers.

-pale yellow tap pour with a thin cap of fine foam and a tart, prickly lemon nose. Brett is noted in the aroma and prominent in the flavor. Sour apple and vinous notes are included too. The finish is dry and the body is light. -very good

Bubbly golden body with a white cap and lazy lacing. Smells of lemongrass, oak, white wine, and green grape. Taste follows the nose in the white wine and lemongrass, but everything is so faint and airy. It's like having watered down white wine with malts and yeast. Feel is thin, airy, vinous, bright and light. Not bad, but not much there either

A careful pour yields a pale golden cloud of beer topped with a finger of fluffy head. Effervescent. Wheat, lemon, crabapple, pinot grigio, and modest barrel oak. Very refreshing, with a dry finish.

500mL bottle poured into a tulip
A: Hazy light orange with a thin head that disappears in a flash
S: Sour apple, lemon, a hint of pineapple, wheat, Brett, yeast, white wine
T: Matches the nose, the apple is a bit Jolly Rancher like. Less emphasis on the funk, mostly fruity
M: Light-bodied, tart/crisp, refreshing
O: A tasty ale and pleasant example of the grisette style

Poured from 0.5-liter bottle into a Zwanze 2018 goblet. Pale greyish-yellow color, with a couple of fingers of white head that left some nice lacing as it settled. Lovely aromas and flavors of lemon, tart apple, and brett funk. There was an unmistakable note of minerality as well, much as you might find in a Chardonnay or a Sauvignon Blanc. The subtle hop character begins to come through as the beer reaches cellar temperature. Very refreshing, with an exquisitely dry finish. With its low ABV and easy drinkability, this would make a fine table beer. Very well done!
