500ml bottle poured into pint glass.

A: Light almost see translucent in color yellow with perfect clarity. Very small soapy white head that disappeared in a flash.

S: Sweet smelling a little honey, and wheat and grains with a lot of funk, a little lemon and a little orange peel.

T: Light sweetness with a solid dose of sourness a good bit of the funk, lemon, honey, and orange peel. The first hit on the tongue has a good bit of grain.

M: Effervescent carbonation, medium bodied finishes with a light cling.

O: This is quite delightful, i'd drink this again without question. Lots going on this beer I like the sweet sourness of it as well.

Clear pale gold, like a pineapple gummy bear, with a bubbly, thin collar.

Smell is balanced funk and citrus with grassy hay.

Taste is tart lactic funk, hay and grass with orange, lemon and lime accents.

Airy froth with a light body but a crisp, semi-dry finish.

This is just a clean, crisp and tangy sour Saison with a bouncy feel and nice overall quality that seems to only improve in the bottle.
