had at the JOs scouting event in 2025, not sure how old this is. Cherry tart with a oakiness. Medium body and very tart. Looked like a dark rum so I'm guessing fairly old

Received in a trade and shared with JLindros.

A - Poured into a Kate the Great tulip a nice hazy ruby hue with a thin white head that fades to leave light wisps and a thin halo.

S - Aromas of super nice red berries, good cherries, nice bright raspberries, sweeter strawberries. Good subtle tartness. Fragrant.

T - Taste is similar to the nose with loads of slightly sweet raspberries, good tart red berries and jammy strawberries, nice cherries, good light malts and amazingly low acidity.

M - Mouthfeel is nicely carbonated, remarkably low acidity. Spot on.

O - Overall this was a very solid fruited beer. Lovely red berries here. Spot on deliciousness.

Thanks to rudzud
Pours a decent creamy bubbly small head, medium retention, decent lacing, darker very hazy auburn reddish color

Nose loads of fresh berry, juicy fresh berry, plenty of raspberry, some cherry and strawberry, loads of tart tangy funk, acidity, little buttery oak, intense strawberry as it warms and I get deeper, bright acidity

Taste again loads of fresh juicy berry, raspberry out front, then big strawberry, just a little tart cherry, bright acidity, juicy fruit with a little fruit tart wine, light buttery oak, slight flemmy finish but barely, a little sweet reddish malt but not much

Mouth is med bod, very tart but not too acidic or funky, touch flemmy, medium higher carb

Overall very nice, great fruit with tons of raspberry and strawberry, and just enough cherry, good acidity level and only a little flemmy, good carbonation and feeling, enjoyable

Dark red with a tall, foamy khaki-pink head settling to a thin film curled at the collar. The color of the body darkens at full pour, nearing brown.

Taste, too, verges near oud bruin territory. It thankfully steers clear of acetic acid characteristics, but it's quite potent of malic acid. Sour cherry and dark wine oak meet background accents of toasted sesame and browned cracker. Unfortunately, I don't find that the strawberry or raspberry survived the journey.

The crisp tingly medium-light body has a semi-dry, somewhat stinging finish.
