had a small amount at the Jackie o's scouts 2025 event. slight hazy yellow. Tart bitter oaky with white grapes and slight booze. Really solid wild ale.

Description: Appearance is golden and clear with a few bubbles on the pour but almost no head. Aroma is oaky, tart, peach and white grape, almost like a white wine. The taste has lots of oak and is very tart...even intensely so. The fruitiness is there but the tartness is so sharp it almost drowns it out. Feel is dry and highly carbonated with a light body.
Overall: 4.25 (This beer is good and I would likely drink it again) This beer is good for the style but it was a bit too intense for me. I was drinking it by itself, but I think the experience would have been much better with some food or charcuterie to cut the acidity of the beer. It probably would have gone well with some cheese. All in all a good beer but needs something to balance it out and maybe find a friend to split it with.
