Copenhagen 2/9 2017. 33 cl bottle brought Holme from Granada by my inlaws. Very chaotic label with letters in all sizes, a mountain top and red, black and white areas.
Pours hazy golden yellow - slightly dirty looking - with very big and foamy white head. Settles as thin layer of foam covering the surface of the beer.
Aroma is sourish and herbal. Unripe gooseberries and citrus. Hints of vanilla and black pepper.
Medium strong carbonation and slightly thick palate.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by stronger sourness. Aftertaste is sour with pepper notes.
Solid Saison - I like the sourness and the pepper. Not too crazy about the herbal part.

Bottle: Poured a dirty beige color saison with a nice large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of light rustic malt and grain with some yeasty flavours. Taste is also a mix of light rustic malt with some grainy cereal notes with a smooth yeasty finish with light residuals sugar notes. Body is full with good carbonation. Lacking some character but still pretty enjoyable.
