Poured from a can into a pint glass
Appearance – The beer pours a clear straw color with a one finger head of white foam. The head fades rather fast leaving a light level of foamy lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell – The aroma of the brew is very light, with just some light grain and caramel aromas and a touch of a bready and light hay smell.
Taste – The taste begins with a light grainy and bready flavor mixed with some caramel and a touch of earth. As the taste advances the grain gets slightly stronger all while the caramel fades a touch. A little bit of peach and apricot take the caramels losses place, leaving one with a crisp taste to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel – The body of the brew is light and crisp with a carbonation level that is high. Great for the style and tastes and makes for one easy sipper.
Overall – A decent crisp lager with a easy drinking and rather flavorful nature at a low abv.
