A: Fat pillowy white creamy head that settles in chunks. Body is a light amber honey color with great clarity.
S: Apricots, Peaches, Honey, lemon, and grassy with an almost syrupy maltiness.
T: Honey, apricots, slight funkiness, a little bit of sourness.
M: Very light and refreshing with a slight bitterness.
O: This is a very nice beer very light and crisp with light hints of funk hay and bitterness with layered fruitiness. This beer is incredible in its lightness with nice nuanced flavors.
