Masterful geuze, and edges have eased in blending and with some patient cellaring. A lovely drinking, good fragrance (to geuze fans anyways) and smooth drinking texture. We could have drunk these all night but hey that's not necessarily a good digestive.

Bottle: Poured a golden color gueuze with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of funky ester with some green apple notes with some tart notes and light oak/vinosu notes. Taste is a wonderful mix of funky ester with some tart notes with some oak and vinous notes with a smooth green apple finish. Body is average for style with good carbonation. Excellent gueuze with great balance of flavors, great level of complexity and high drinkability.

A 750ml corked and caged bottle, 2022 vintage, with a best before date of 19th October 2041. Poured into a gueuze glass.
Appearance: A slightly hazy golden orange colour with a one finger fluffy white head that eventually settled to a nice replenishing fluffy cap, while leaving nice lacing.
Aroma: Funky, damp wood, lemon zest, green apple, with slight leather notes.
Taste: Tart, citrusy, lemon, funky, wet wood, with notes of green apple.
Mouthfeel: Medium bodied with moderate to high carbonation.
Overall: Easy to drink with good funky notes.
