Appearance - The beer is served a super hazy orange-yellow color with a small white head. It looks almost like OJ. The one finger head of white foam fades fast to leave a good level of lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell - The aroma of the brew is super heavy of a grapefruit and grassy smell mixed with some lighter hints of oat and stone fruit. There is a light aroma of pine, orange, and pinapple as well which round out the smell nicely.
Taste - The taste begins heavy of a cracker taste mixed with tons of grapefruit hop and a tiny bit of tangerine. As the taste advances some flavors of oat and a bit of lemon and grass come to the tongue. In the end a hint of herb and more malt of caramel, oat, and wheat arrive to leave one with a citrus and thick taste to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel - The body of the beer is average in thickness and carbonation and makes for a rather decent media for the mix of citrus, malt, and other hop of the brew.
Overall - A tasty brew overall with a rather nice profile overall. One to try if you have the chance!!
