Appearance - The beer is served a hazy golden orange color with a thin white head. The head fades fast to leave a trace of lace.
Smell - The aroma of the brew is big of coriander and clove with some grainy and yeasty smells as well. Along with these aromas comes some smells of candied sugar and bubblegum as well as a little bit of citrus and grass. Overall the smell is spot on and delicious!!
Taste - The taste begins with a nice biscuit and beady malt that has some strong sweeter tastes of citrus fruit and candied sugar. There is a light bit of coriander and clove upfront, which grow stronger as the taste advances, but which never come to the potency that one would expect from the nose. The sweeter tastes seem to get stronger as the taste advances while the beady flavors get lighter. A bit of yeast is present throughout and with a little bit of grass and herb, mixed a slight increase in the orange and lemon citrus, leaves one with a very pleasant and flavorful flavor to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel - The body of the brew is moderate in thickness and creaminess with a carbonation level that is on the moderate side. The feel is rather nice for the flavor profile and makes for an easy and flavorful brew.
Overall - This was a fantastic brew with tons of flavor and a great profile. This was fantastic and one to try if you get the chance. This is awesome!!
