Appearance - The beer is served a hazy yellow-orange color with a one finger head of thick white foam. The foam fades over time to leave a decent level of lace on the sides of the glass.

Smell - The aroma is a mix of yeasty wheat bread and lighter fruits of pear, peach, and apricot and a bit of lemon citrus. Along with these aromas comes some light smells of a floral and grassy nature as well as a bit of hay.

Taste - The flavor begins with a rather strong wheat taste which is a bit heavy with some lighter fruit tastes and some spice. Upfront there is also quite a bit of yeast and some moderately stronger lemon tastes. Some grassiness develops later in the profile and the wheaty tastes become thicker and breadier. Some hay and grass come to the tongue toward the end with the fruit fading from the taste. In the end a rather heavy and wheaty taste is left on the tongue.

Mouthfeel - The body is a little on the thicker and chewier side with a carbonation level that is average. While normally I would want a Belgium white IPA to be crisper, for the big wheaty flavors of the brew I guess the feel was alright as it matched the thick taste.

Overall - It has a decent flavor, but is a little to heavy on the pallet for a Belgium white IPA. More fermentation to dry it out would likely produce a great beer overall, but with the heavy feel, it is harder to take down then it should be.
