16 ounce can into a snifter. Released 7/2022, had 8/27/22. Seal on can was slightly compromised.
Pours a mostly opaque dark brown, with no head and no lacing. Aromas of rye whiskey, roasted malt, vanilla, some chocolate, light oak. Flavors of rye whiskey, malt, chocolate, some vanilla, light oak. Smooth, a good fuller body, no carbonation.
All things considered, this is pretty good. Tasty rye barrels, a pretty solid base. Have two more cans- both intact, and will update if needed (fourth can was like candle wax on a wine bottle. It drank like this one). The unintended lack of carbonation obviously hurts the scoring.

Nice dark stout with a velvety mocha colored head. Aroma has roasted malts, dark fruits and some spicy rye. Taste followed the nose with lots of dark fruit, sweet molasses and spicy rye notes. Didn't have a ton of oak or wood though - mostly just that rye whiskey. Easy drinking. Nice barrel aged stout.
