very nice, true to style, and one of the better beers we had in here, enough malt body and flavor while staying pale to balance the intense estery yeast character, which is similar to some of their other brews, but seems understated a little bit in this, peppery and floral with less of the fruity esters, some fully complimentary hops here, and it seems well refined overall, a quality brew, these guys are doing a nice job with tough styles. lovely clarity here, honey toned, with high shine and a tall white head that looks the part. this has some coriander in it, and it adds some toasted earthy warmth in the nose which is nice with the sweet pale malt, some apple notes too, kind of autumnal then, but balanced as these go. some nutty depth in the flavor that goes further than the color gives away, well grounded which is cool, the yeast doesnt run away with it. white florals, white wine, poached stone fruit, and orange weed gummies. medium body and lingering on the palate awhile, some hop bitterness late, the coriander adds a lot, and overall this is real good. cool.

Bought two cans from Beer Drop. One might have been enough, but two probably will do.
According to my theory, it is hard to get Belgian yeasts to perform at 6,000 feet like they do in the Ardennes. I still think my theory is correct; but Gnomeboy proves that my theory is not 100% perfect. For Gnomeboy is a good BSPA ,it is more active than many of its Rocky Mountain brethren... but Gnomeboy still is not perfect either.
Gnomeboy opens like a champ; sufficient suds and, when they go away, a decent golden body. Smells slightly disappoint as I was expecting more fruit; but that is OK because the Tastes provide just enough fruit and probably an alcohol that is better concealed than I first thought... yet still balanced. And while the ABV may be more than I need at the table, I think this BSPA is good enough to wash down and digest dinner. The yeast also offers character: it is peppery like the real deal.
OA: I am liking Bruz and I will give this review an edit as I have the second can. Cheers and A Sante' !
4/7/21 I'm glad I have this second can. Edited above and increased Taste rating. I will buy more Bruz from Beer Drop. Keeping count at UnTappd.

L: Beautiful slightly Hazy yellow orange color with a medium creamy white head and rings of lacing all around the glass.
S: Doughy bread mixed with notes of clove and coriander, a hint of lemon. Belgian yeast is very noticeable.
T: Doughy bread, a hint of sweet apple, strong notes of lemon, coriander and clove, a slight herbal bitterness, finishes fairly dry.
F: Medium body and creamy carbonation.
