Straw colored with a nice carbonation. Good characteristics of a saison. Quarter inch white head that disapated quickly with minimal lacing. Nice honey sweetness and spicy yeast taste. Well done.

Attended a birthday party that had a sixtel of this, perfect for a mixture of both beer snobs and regular beer folks. Nice yeast strain that was just a tad dialed down, and the sweetness from the honey just a tad dialed up. Looked and smelled very saison-y, refreshing and delicious.
