Pours an opaque light creamsicle yellow, fluffy 1" head with decent retention and lacing. Nose is orange juice, mango juice, fresh-cut grass, cannabis, menthol. Taste is orange Tic Tacs, from concentrate orange juice; little to no bitterness. A little hop burn on the finish. Feel is soft with light carbonation. Not overwhelmingly sweet, but nevertheless lacking balance.

Pours a murky orange with thick, fluffy head.

Smell is juicy and fruity with otes of melon, citrus, mango and some herbal and dank hints. A slight touch of sulphur as well.

Taste is juciy and very hoppy with soft bitterness. A bit dank and herbal with notes of citrus, mango, melon and hints of gooseberries and pepper.

Mouthfeel is medium, soft, pillowy and well carbonated.

Overall,a terrific NE IPA, ever so slightly let down by the sulphur hint on the nose.

2 months old. Can to wine glass.

L: Pours a hazy dark yellow with a fluffy white head that leaves a good amount of lacing. Some yeast sediment floating around.

S: Citrusy with notes of orange, lemon and tangerine. Fresh and fruity.

T: Also citrusy, but less sweet than the smell suggested. Notes of fresh grapefruit, blood orange and orange. Medium sweetness, a bit zesty and quite bitter.

F: Full and juicy with a medium carbonation.

O: Great beer. Perhaps the quintessential R+B IPA. Citrus forward with a medium sweetness, which is nicely balanced by a bitter finish. Very flavorful despite its relatively low ABV.

Canned on 8/24/22; consumed on 9/10/22

Pours a turbid, milky mango-gold body capped with two fingers of fluffy, creamy white foam; solid head retention yields a half-finger of frothy cap, thin collar, and hefty, diverse spatter of chunky, webby/spotty lacing strewn across the walls of the glass.

Aromas of juicy grapefruit and fresh passionfruit sit atop a subtle malt backbone, with a wispy floral herbaceousness meeting mango, peach sherbet, and hints of grass over time.

Taste brings juicy mango, orange, and a tinge of blood orange inflection upfront as a fluffy, earthy dank over the mid-palate softens twangy passionfruit finishing as bits of grapefruit linger.

Mouthfeel features a body on the fuller side of medium and a fluffy prickle of moderate carbonation; a pillowy hop twang trends to a juicy mid-palate attenuated in glossy resins sporting a slight prickle on the tongue through the finish.

A supremely juicy, bright offering, undeniably fresh in a resounding yet poised hop texture; yet another stellarly attenuated sampling from Root + Branch.

Can to snifter. DC lunch.

Hazy, pulpy yellow. Small offwhite head. Good retention.

Aroma: Orange, lemon, marshmallow, vanilla. Hint of coconut.

Taste: Creamsicle up front, then pineapple, grapefruit, grass take over. Sharp grassy bitterness in finish.

Feel: Ok carbonation. Medium body. Creamy.

Very good. Taste and nose are quite different, but both interesting.

Poured from a 16oz glass into a Trillium pub glass.

Look is a hazy dull yellow with a thin white head.

Aroma is tangerine with sweet sugar syrup.

Taste is really juicy tangerine with a tangy herbal bitterness.

Delicious.
