Pours a slightly hazed amber with fast falling cream colored head. Murks up, as this drains. No head retention & lacing, a common Choc detractor
S: Vinegar, apple peels, a little oakyness
T: Slight sourness, pears, & slight tartness up front. Orchard fruit as this warms, tartness, vinegar notes, a little raspberry as well & oaky notes, plus a little vanilla. Finishes tart, sour with a little raspberry, choke cherry & a little vanilla
MF: Medium bodied, slight carbonation,
A somewhat subdued foray into sour. This may work great for this market though, a full on sour would make too many heads explode around here
