Tiny Umbrella Party is a favorite IPA of ours. So, we decided to make a BIGGER version. Not So Tiny Umbrella Party is a bigger, hoppier, and so good!

Golden orange juice colored body; thick, frothy head; fine rings of foam cascade down the glass. Fresh orange juice aroma initially; citrus rind. Huge grapefruit taste with an intense hop bitterness; bready malt base. Medium body; warm and acidic with an all-around dryness.
A stupendous hazy double IPA. Beautiful and deliciously complex and tasty.

What a solid DIPA - Cerberus has come a long way. Great color, turbidness to this DIPA; good oily hop and floral aromas which double down on the taste, and the mouthfeel is very good. A little more carbonation would be nice, but this is the best beer I've had brewed in the Springs. Keep up the streak, Cerberus!
