Kinda downtown on the west side of Hwy 25. Entrance is in the rear with a small lot . Nice big shaded out door area to the right. Inside seating to the left and brewery operations and a small bar Back right with more seats . they have a restaurant in house which looks really good. We just ate so only sampled a few beers. Must of had 2 dozen beers on tap across many styles with crowlers to go.I had a BA Barleywine and a hazy 2IPA both were great . Enjoyed my visit was there early but im betting this place gets packed because of the food ,beer and vibe .

Delicious beer and food. Parking lot is a bit tight, but there’s street parking in the neighborhood. Rock and roll vibe, super friendly staff. I had the lemon pepper wings, my friend had a sandwich, both tasty. Go to the beer. My IPA and porter were spot on and delicious!

Cool place with a bar and tables inside and a large outdoor drinking area. The quality of the beer is ok but not great. The food is pretty good for such a place. It’s a pretty good place to hang out and relax, especially in the warmer months.

Came highly recommended by the locals so had to stop in for a beer or two and a bite to eat. Better selection of beer than food, but I’m okay with that. The beer has been as advertised. The feel/ vibe is good and I imagine in the summer it’s absolutely amazing. Nice place!

Many hours on the road down having driven up from Albuquerque early this morning. I’m sure we’re in Colorado now, the landscape having changed and changed and changed again. ‘figged we’d jump off the highway in Colorado Springs for a breather (beer) at Cerberus before heading up to Denver to meet up with the talls. As Cerberus is a 3 headed dog who guards the gates of the underworld to prevent the dead from leaving, I'm hoping we're not greeted by him in the parking lot. I mean, I’m not ready; just passing through looking for a couple of beers is all…
The back side is the front side; the entrance along the exterior patio parking lotside. Wade through the outdoor sea of seating and in. Open space with dark slat wood floors, a white ceiling, & gray walls with a few large pieces of art, some ‘Best of’ awards, and a logo piece on the near wall. Nearly a dozen and a half 2-seat tables over there (me, pointing) pushed together in pairs or three on shared benchings against the inner wall along the brewroom views window. Otherwise, 2 hightop shareds off the bar and 2 shorty hightops behind them along the window doors to the out-of-side porch holding 8 steel mesh tables umbrealla’d and/or under awning and some bar counter seating overlooking the garden space below. Wood mulch ground, a half dozen wood recliner chairs, barrel & center stump set ups there.
If you want me I’ll be in the bar; straight super smooth concrete-like topped, vertical plank base, & a foot box ledge. Seating for 8 on wide wooden steel framed chairs. A ginormous barbell tower on the red barback counter holds 24 non-descript black handles; it’s really spread out. Digital pour board above the taps on the faux brick wall listing house & guest beers (brewery, beer, style, origin, ABV, IBU, pricing, & serving glass types). Shelved boxing mounted to both sides and wrapping above the tap tower with booze, crowls, can, & bottled wine options, and glassware of all sizes & shapes. Cooler space below the barback and cupboards to both sides. Tortoise shell lamps tracing above the bar and drop spots inlayed.
11 house beers, we took them all in on sampler which was 5 of the 5oz pours for $9 (Perpetual Cycle, Pilsner, 5%, crisp, pleasant; No Big Deal, Kolsch, 5%, initially I felt it was a bit hoppier than should have been for style but rescinded that somewhere along the way, maybe as it warmed some; Smoke Em if You Got Em, Smoked Wheat, 2.8%, just a wisp of Phenol but solid, I mean, it’s under 3% and who makes a Grodziskie, you know?; Hell Froze Over, Kettle Sour with Strawberries & Kiwi, collab with Wiley Roots, 5%, some fruity goodness to it, I like strawberry beerings, I know it’s not the easiest fruit; Elysium IPA, Hazy IPA, 6.2%; oh yeah, that’s all tropical hazy face, uh huh; Drop Me a Lime, Key Lime Milkshake IPA, collab with Weldworks, 7%; this beer was the fucking limelight!, I think there’s something coconut going on in there, too, it was real damn good; Tiny Umbrella Party, West Coast IPA, 7%, a solid West Coast IPA, and thank you; Teenie Tiny Umbrella Party, Session IPA, 4.5%, a little guy but tasty; Motivational Speaker, West Coast Double IPA, 9%, okay, that’s a big beer and hides the ABV; Triplici, Belgian Tripel, 8.7%, a candy sugar sweety; Stygian Porter, Robust Porter, 5.1%, chocolate, toffee, yum, me likey), + a pair of housemade sodas (Ginger Beer & Cream Soda), and 10 guest taps (4 from Crooked Stave, Wiley Roots/Mikerphone & Ecliptic/Bells collabs, single offerings from La Cumbre, Two Roads, & Ecliptic, and a cider from C Squared).
Pilsner, Kolsch, Kettle Sour with Strawberries & Kiwi, Hazy IPA, Key Lime Milkshake IPA, West Coast IPA, Belgian Tripel, & Robust Porter were all very good, but I’m thinking the Hazy IPA, West Coast IPA, & Robust Porter were bests of show. 11 beers up, seriously not a clunker in the mix.
Davo ordered Reuben Rolls, knowing I wouldn’t eat any of them due to my aversion to sauerkraut, he being what we call a ‘fucker’ and all. Our Rainytender was polite and attentive and knew things beer. Excellent tunes; much for me to whistle along with much to the chagrin of all (except for the neighborhood Cerberi, I suspect). All the beers were solid. And It’s a good list with an excellent range of styles. Serious house.

Cerberus offers some very well-made beers across a variety of styles. Many of their beers are also available to-go in crowlers. The staff are prompt, attentive and very courteous. The food selection is somewhat limited but does offer a nice variety and is well-prepared and very appealing to the eye.
Another plus is that it is a very dog-friendly place.

By far the best brewery/brewpub/gastropub combo in Colorado Springs. They brew their own beer, of course, and these are with few exceptions...all stellar. Tripel? Check. IPAs? CHECK. Really solid stouts, and imperial stouts? Yes and yes. The food is very good, very solid, and if the service ever improves even a tad, this will be hitting on all cylinders. Nicely done Cerberus!

Cerberus has become one of our favorite stops. The beer is fantastic and food so delicious. Overall it is a little expensive, but worth the splurge. One of the owners is a huge IPA fan, so always a great selection of IPAs to choose from.

Decent vibe. No real theme in terms of decor, but pleasant finish. A very busy place and on the higher end of the decibel meter. Not too loud, but it is a place where you have to speak up a bit at your table to the other people. Beer quality is quite impressive. Many different styles of beer are offered and they are created to style. Great quality beers. Many guest taps as well. Service is decent. Of course on the really busy nights it takes longer to get waited on than a slower night. Food is amazing so far. I have been a few times with different friends and we always get 3 or 4 appetizers and share. Wow, the potato/fries appetizers are great. The Reuben 'egg roll' is absolutely amazing. Probably my favorite brewpub in C-Springs.
