L - black as death metal, nice head (TWSS)
S - That funky weird mix that turns people off? Yeah, I like that. Back off. Great mix of roast and hops...again with some horsey barnyard funk on the nose. GIVES IT TO ME.
T - more of the funk, good palate impression, nice hops, no over-bite, and good roasty. Dig it.
F - might use some carbonation as balance, but still like this. Some strange after-taste with the mouthfeel. Can't quite pin-point it but I still like this. A lot.
O - nicely done Cerberus, there's a reason you're the best brewery in Colorado Springs!

Black body topped with a thick, fluffy head. Faint smell of dark grain; some deep roasted notes. Nice roasted grain flavor with a strong hop spiciness; low-level chocolate. Medium body; crisp and prickly on the palate.
