Clear, dark brown body, effectively opaque in the glass; thin, tan head, fairly dense structure. Milk chocolate, cinnamon, and chili pepper on the nose; spicy. Cocoa powder and mild chili pepper flavor; milk chocolate sweetness; some bitter grain char. Medium-heavy body; smooth and silky; mild chili pepper heat.
A fine, well-rounded chili stout.
