Using lager yeast and fermented at a lower temperature than other pale ales, this IPA is bringing winter back. Centennial, Citra, and Citra Cryo hops keep it dank, fruity, and bitter without being overwhelming. An IPA so cold, you'll think you're in the frozen north.

Clear, golden body; sparse carbonation; thick, soft, and white head, long-lasting with thick rings of foam inside the glass. Gentle malt nose. Spicy taste; grapefruit and white pepper, dollop of cracker in the background. Medium body; crisp and prickly on the palate; dry overall.
Not bad but not great.
