i could crush these all day, granted its not as light and effervescent as i like my wits to be, but the flavors are great here and it just seems like quintessential florida to me, super orangey, natural and sweet citrus really drive this one, but there is a nice cracked coriander seed layer right behind it, some nice richer wheat malt, and a well controlled but flavorful belgian yeast strain with pear and white wine contributions in its ester profile, super compatible with the orange in here, and overall a super cohesive and complex flavor profile that might be a bit more robust and fruit driven than you would find in any belgian example of the style, but it really works, and i find it refreshing and tasty even with the bigger body. the orange is so juicy, more fleshy than peel here, and it seems fresh and alive because of it. more carbonation would really make this sing, but i like it as it is. definitely one of the better beers they have going in here right now, and one of the better wit types i have had on my trip to florida this week!
