Sampled 10/16/2010 at the brewpub. The bartender told me this is a different beer from Baseball Saison so I'll take her word for it.
Pours red, hazy, white head, some lacing, decent retention. The color is confusing.
Aroma is pretty much all bubble gum. Some booze, sugar, and spiciness are present too but all take a back seat to the bubble gum.
Flavor is also intensely sweet and bubble gum-like. A little bit of spicy black pepper cuts through it all as does the booze. "Cloying and boozy with an interesting spice character" is a concise way to describe this beer.
Body is medium and the beer is drinkable only for sampling purposes.
