This is from a 16oz can.
There is a date code on the bottom of the can: "03/28/22 08:34:10"
This seems a bit old, perhaps the 03 is a rubbed off 08 or 09 but it looks like an 03.
Appearance: The body is very hazy and it is a medium shade of gold. It has a large fluffy off-white head with excellent retention and nice rings of lacing. The label states that this is a "HAZY PALE ALE" and it definitely fits. Light is still visible through it and fuzzy shadows can be made out through the glass.
Aroma: There is a light peach aroma and a touch of grapefruit.
Taste: Up front there are notes of freshly crushed grain with grapefruit. The grapefruit flavor improves towards the middle of the palate, and it is joined with some rye bread flavor and a touch of garlic and onion. It has a bit of a savory center. The back of the palate is more bitter grapefruit and it finishes with a touch of pineapple and grapefruit.
Mouthfeel: The body is light and wet. It feels a bit unsupportive of the rest of the beer leaving the bitterness hanging there without any real body or texture to back it up. Otherwise the beer is light and enjoyable with a pleasant but somewhat seemingly strong bitterness.
Overall: The label states that this has "A creamy body and low bitterness" however this is not the case. The beer has an acceptable bitterness but it trends on the high side for a Pale Ale. The body is not creamy but instead it is light and a touch thin at times, which only accentuates the bitterness even more. It's still a decent beer but it seems to have missed the brewer's intent. The flavors are very good and it has a nice combination of hop and grain flavors that have a bit of citrus character and is also very savory. It is a good enough beer that I could order it with a sandwich at a restaurant or something but it isn't something I am likely to buy and take home again. I wouldn't advocate for or against it but if it's on the menu someplace with a meal it would be worth trying.
On a side-note, If this is actually an 03/28/22 beer as the date code seems to indicate, I will definitely try it again and update the review. It certainly doesn't drink like a beer that is nearly a year old. The hop and grain character taste fresh. If this beer is actually from March then the brewery has an outstanding canning process.

Pours a hazy golden color with a generous head and lacing
Aroma has mango, citrus, hop and malt hints
The taste follows the nose with a very well balanced and pleasant mango, citrus, hop and malt flavor
A medium bodied decently carbonated beer
A great Pale Ale

Purely sweet at first. Followed by small waves of grainy hops. Highly recommended, but not to those without a sweet tooth.

CANNED ON 09/11/20 stamped on bottom of can. Poured into a Samuel Adams Perfect Pint.
A: Lightly hazy pale gold with 1-2 fingers of soda-like, big-bubbled head with decent retention and solid lacing.
S: Berry, pineapple, mango, and herbal hop notes with softer fruity yeast esters and with lighter pale malt graininess.
T: Solid but somewhat subdued hop character, soft berry, pineapple, mango, and peach all peek through with subtle crackery pale malt flavor in the background. Yeast esters are soft fruit gum and lightly floral-blossom character. Low bitterness.
M: Extremely soft and light and soft lingering finish. Drinks almost like a slightly degassed hop soda.
O: I had not tried a RR beer in awhile but I am glad I took the plunge on Mosaic. Very refreshing and highly drinkable pale ale.

Pours pale, hazy straw. Lots of berry with some chewy club cracker aroma. There's some berry up front with some drying malt character followed by some earth bitterness. It's chewy, interesting, and delicious. I wish there was a little bit more of that berry character, but this is a very well executed single hop pale ale.

I thought I would like it due to the description and notes. The taste and mouth feel were not enjoyable and for what it was supposed to be -- being a big fan of IPAs, this was not enjoyable.

Solid Mosaic pale, bordering on IPA. Tropical fruit and onion on the nose, but in a good way. Pineapple, mango, onion, and fresh cut grass. Bitterness is relatively low, but it just isn't quite as crisp as I'd like it to be. Good beer, with good mosaic character, but I would like it to finish a little drier to improve the drinkability. Still, a really nice effort for a brand new brewery. At least on par with Champion and Three Notch'd offerings, and probably a bit better.
