I just had one of these!!! It is called 100 (degrees symbol) Hefe. I just bought a 16 oz. can last week and I'm sure it wasn't "aged" or retired since 2017!!!!! The brewery web site doesn't mention it even though it was updated May 14th (didn't say what year). I saw that someone drank one on May 8th 2022 and put a photo of the 16 oz. can on Untappd. All that being said, it was a pretty decent hefeweizen. I poured it from the 16 oz. can into an Aventinus Weizen glass. Very pale, slightly hazy body with good carbonation...no sediment, The head was foamy and a bit bubbly with decent retention and a little lacing on the glass. Aroma and taste featured wheat, lemon and yeast. What I didn't notice much of was spicing (cloves cardamon) or that "bubble gum" aspect. All in all, still tasty though. Mouthfeel was crisp and light with a bit of astringency. Mouthfeel was about right, taste a bit lacking only if compared with the best German examples of this style. This is still a pretty solid summertime brew.
