Sour Cal is a soured stout made with the final runnings of Keagan Imperial Stout. Kettle soured with lactobacillus, this beer was produced by capturing the final mash runnings that typically do not contain enough sugar to create enough alcohol for a beer. But due to the high ABV of Keagan we were able to collect a small amount of it and make this 4.5% beer!
