A SMASH pale ale with Cascade and 2 Row. Poured a hazy gold with a fine head. Grapefruit prominent in the aroma. The taste was very dry, citrusy, and a little grainy. Substantial bitterness in the finish. A fine pale ale. Hopefully we'll see more interesting malt-hop combinations in the future.
