At the brewery.
Golden color with a thick head with good retention.
Nice citrusy aroma with notes of passion fruit, lemongrass, lager yeast and bread.
Flavor with notes lemon, bread, lemongrass, lager yeast, white pepper and flowers. Dry aftertaste with a pleasant bitterness. 18 IBUs that were well taken care.
Bordering light body with appropriate carbonation.
Refreshingly hoppy and easy to drink Pale Lager. I could drink this a full afternoon.
