Built for the barrel and shaped by time, this Imperial Stout spent 14–18 months resting in oak bourbon barrels from multiple distillers, soaking up layers of spirit character along the way. Deep bourbon warmth leads the charge, followed by charred oak, vanilla bean, and caramel, with notes of bourbon-soaked cherries and bittersweet chocolate rounding out the finish. Slow-sipping, barrel-driven, and devilishly smooth for its strength.

This is hitting all the right notes for me. Dark, dark chocolate, a hint of charred caramel, some woody vanilla, and a thick, warm blanket of booze over it all. Shoulda bought 2 cases dammit.
